ABOUT COACH JOE

I am a certified personal trainer and certified nutritionist with an academic background in physical education and sports science, holding both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree from the Lebanese University.

I work with men and women at different stages of life, focusing on fat loss, body recomposition, performance, and safe, effective training during menopause transitions.

My approach is evidence-based and structured — built around intelligent training, proper nutrition, and long-term health, not trends or shortcuts.
